Responsibilities:

Operational Organization:

General office tasks:

• Development, implementation, and optimization of efficient organizational structures in office management.
• Planning and coordination of business processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identification of improvement potential in the organization and implementation of corresponding measures.

Quality Management:

• Establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of a comprehensive quality management system.
• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaboration with various departments to define and achieve quality objectives.

Audits:

• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits in the field of quality management.
• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and norms.
• Development of action plans to address audit findings.

Documentation:

• Responsible for maintaining documentation related to operational organization and quality management.
• Preparation of reports and analyses for the management.

Training:

• Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees to promote understanding of internal processes and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial education.
• Experience in operational organization and quality management, especially in audit preparation and execution.
• Good understanding of business-related contexts and process optimization.
• Knowledge of national and international quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
